This documentary series provides a worldwide perspective on the scientific foundations and philosophy of Chinese medicine. We guide our audience through a variety of Chinese medical facilities, including the Artemisinin Research Center headed by Tu Youyou, Chinese medicine hospitals, modern medical herb cultivation bases, Chinese medicine museums, and medical herb gardens. Professionals and researchers invited to take part in this program deliver in-depth explanations of Chinese medicine ideas and practices using sophisticated tools. To demonstrate the cultural and scientific worth of TCM, each episode focuses on a single issue and employs captivating anecdotes to illustrate the history of Chinese medicine as well as its modern evolution.
